Help with old Titano (SANO) 160 amp!:usa2:

Hello all. I picked up this amp about a week ago, love finding things while walking my dog ;-). My wife was with me, she didn't even see the amp, it was hidden behind a Christmas tree by the curb....I guess I have guitar/amp radar or something (I bet you all do too).
Anyway, I spoke to the owner, he said it had fallen down the stairs and didn't work...he was a keyboard player. Anyway....I took it apart, jumpered the fuse which was broken off (yes I know dangerous), pulled and re-seated all the fuses. And BINGO it works. No reverb (either didn't have or was removed at some point). The tremolo does not work. BUT I also realized that my "missing tube" was actually for the original 3 or 4 pin footswitch....so maybe my tremolo will work if I can jumper the footswitch. Does anyone have a clue how I can do this, safely? I am not a big electronics guy, but I know enough not blow myself up....and I do have a multimeter and basically know how to use it.
I'd love to hear any advice, info on the amp or whatever anyone has to say. I'm a junkie...I can talk about this stuff all day. Thanks for any info, help, or advice!!!
There are detailed pictures here of the innards:
