Help with pickup selection

Hi all,

I have a 2008 PRS SE Paul Allender and a 2013 SE Custom 24 and have started modifying both. I made mother of pearl nuts and installed 2000NOS Mannmade bridges on both. I play jazz flute and percussion and don't envision myself ever playing any styles other than jazz and blues. I recently listened to the new Alpha and Omega pups and liked the sound but don't know if they would be appropriate for jazz. What would be a good choice of neck and bridge pups for each of the PRSs?

If you are considering custom shop pups (the Alpha/Omegas are custom shop right?). Think about the SDecos. I think they would be perfect for blues and jazz.

Are the passive pups on a 2008 Paul Allender SE splittable? I would like to change the tone control to a push/pull like my SE custom 24.
