Help with wiring and switch choices

Hi

I'm fixing up my old Ibanez. Right now I want to wire in my pickups and add a selector switch. I will need to get a new switch as I don't have one, can anyone recommend me a 3 way switch please? The old switch was an import style one.
And can someone tell me how to wire it up as I'm not sure where to start.

The guitar will have 2 humbuckers, 1 volume, 1 tone. The pickups are Seymour Duncan Distortion in the bridge and Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck.

I've had good luck with these switches, from this vendor. They appear to be the exact same thing that a few "big name" vendors are selling for 4x to 5x more.
