Help?

I've been looking for input on this issue all over the net but just can't seem to find anything useful. I let Christmas get to me, and ordered my first set of new pickups. I got the Antiquity II's, in search of a nice clean sound. My question is, do these pickups have a solid bottom end? I know I should've ordered the Texas Hots if I wanted a really thick sound, but for some reason I hesitated and went with the II's.
Are they gonna be too trebly, or make me wish I ordered the Texas Hots? I'm playing through a Hot Rod Deville 4x10, and my distortions are a Big Muff, and a Fulltone Fulldrive 2. The pups are going into a '62 reissue strat, and I'm your usual classic rock guy. Hendrix, Zeppelin, The Doors, Floyd, you know, that whole thing. I also love Frusciante from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and I'm hoping I made an alright choice. If you've used these, please help me out.

Welcome! Sorry I haven't used those, so I can't offer any insight.

It won't be long, there will be strat players who know.....

IMO, the Ant IIs in a Sixties recipe Stratocaster should be right on the money. (I would have chosen the Texas Hots for an ash/maple Fiftiies style Strat.)

Heres to hoping it all works out lol, I'm still pretty excited to have them put in regardless of any predictions. Unfortunately, I'm in the United States, but if they really dont fit my style then I might as well give you a message and try to work something out. Chances are I'll be in love though haha. Thanks for the feedback!

the surfers are what a fender pup should sound like. i like the texas hots too but they arent a classic fender tone, fender never did a2.

the surfers have a big bottom, clean mids and a clear but not shrill high end. i find them slightly darker but more open than the ssl1. im a big fan, especially in the neck and middle
