Here's a backing to jam to

Re: Here's a backing to jam to

Very nice track man, I'll try and play with it in the next couple of days.

You should also check out the "Sensitive" backing thread.

My Take I see why no body has taken a crack at
this one yet. 5 1/2 minutes of trying to keep it fresh and not drop to
many notes :smack: :laugh2:

Still, You handle it pretty well... :)

Re: Here's a backing to jam to

There's no law saying you have to use the whole thing either ;). Downloading your take now...

It seems like it helps to either be very depressed or be going through emotional turmoil to play all 5+ minutes. Do you want to talk about it? :)

Nice job! Real emotional!

Alright, I took quick shot at this backing. I stopped around 2:40 or so, and I played the RG on the neck pickup (DiMarzio Air Norton) through the Route 66 direct.

FretFire, you went through your Route 66 direct to the PC, no amp? Sounds great! I use a Route 66 too. Great little pedal, I never thought about using it as a recording preamp though. Cool! Nice job :)

Definitely man, that's part of the reason I got it (it's hot enough to use as a preamp, so it also acts as a line/level buffer on my pedal board). It's actually first in line on my board pushing 4 other boxes and a wah, and still came out sounding like that. The last pedal has stereo outs so I send one to the PC for recording and the other to my amp to monitor (until I invest in a mic and small mixer in a few months). Great great pedal.

Re: Here's a backing to jam to
