Hermetico Jimmy Page wiring help

I followed Hermetico’s Jimmy Page mod 2 wiring schematic but it didn’t work out for me. I’m not sure if I misunderstood his instructions for pickup orientation or something else. I’ve left a reply to Dave’s post which seems wrong to me. Please advise if I’ve misunderstood the directions and have wired backwards.
