HH Telecaster w/ 5way Megaswitch wiring help

I'm about to wire my Warmoth Tele Thinline HH and I haven't found the right schematic for the wiring I want (or at least I haven't recognized it.) I would like to have the choice to split the pickups for a single-coil sound. I have a standard 3way or a 5way S Megawitch and 2 push-pull pots. The guitar is drilled for a blade switch and two pots. Please, can anyone either post a schematic or point me to one.

If it was me, I would just do this:

Then you have a choice. Connect the red/white of the "other" pickup to the unused side of that switch, and split both at once. Or, use the second push-pull to duplicate what you see there for the bridge.
