I just want to play BB King type blues on Washburn HB30 it is a 335 style body it is maple body with a maple block.

Could you suggest Neck & Brige combos. I would probably play through my peavey classic 50 or Bravo 112

I've had good results with a 59 n/ JB b combo in my epiphone sheraton. I also like to play around with the tone knobs, roll them back a bit every now and again.

I once replaced the stock humbuckers in an Ibanez AS-73 semi-hollowbody with a pair of P-90s. The increase in articulation and delicate tonal response was fabulous. Many people make great P-90s, but Seymours are among the best. Wish I never sold that guitar!!!

+1. Seth's are exceptional. '59's can be boomy in the neck.

Ohhh, Phat Cats and LP's aren't the best mix. The neck is dark to begin with and treble all but disappears in an LP. Bridges tend to be kind of weak and thin. However, as one of the guys here that owns the most Phat Cats, you can adjust the EQ's to your taste by changing magnets, mixing and matching different ones in the same PU. I took every A2 out of my Phat Cats and replaced them with brighter and more powerful magnets. Try yours stock and see what you think; let me know if you need help with magnets.
