Hot Rail automatic split in 2 & 4 positions?

Hi

I have 3 Hot Rails in my Strat, I read somewhere I could wire them to automatically split the coils when in the 2 & 4 positions of the five way switch, can anyone direct me to such a diagram? Would I need a super switch?
