Hot Rails go with Quater Pounder ????

I have a maple usa fender strat.

If I was to have bridge: Hot Rails == Quater Pounder == neck.

1) Would this be a logical / good combination? (I play either blues or rock.)

2) What could I get i the neck? I always play clean neck (or bit crunchy). I like something punchy - the usa stocks aren't too bad.


I was thinking bridge for solo, neck for more bluesy. Middle ???? Quater Pounder?

I've never heard a HotRails, but I do have a QP set. I imagine that that setup would sound great together. The only thing I might add is, (if it was me), I'd add another QP, for a set, (make one RW/RP), and get both "tapped".

Thats a lot of great tones out of a simple pup set and a push/pull switch.

Hopefully, others will chime in too.
