Hot Rails mounting bracket

I want to put the Hot Rails in my neck positionin of my Charvel Fusion. The pickup has an odd mounting bracket that doesn't follow the shape of the pickup. I'm replacing an old Vintage Rails pickup. Are the pickups available without the added bracket size and just the standard shape?

I'm not sure what you are referring to, but if it is the baseplate shape that is causing the issue, you may be stuck. I'm not sure if you can get a HR with a different base.
