Hot Stack Tele bridge (STK-T2B) question

Hello,
I am planning on wiring up my tele soon and wanted to verify that the Hot Stack is wired up just like a normal humbucker, especially when it comes to being split.

The reason I am asking is because I want to use this schematic: https://docs.google.com/gview?embed...m/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/2H_S5W_1V_1T.pdf

However, I also read that there is a wiring scheme for the Hot Stack were both coils act as one hot coil, so I'm not sure if the above diagram would be the best in my situation.
Has anyone tried either set up?

The Hot Stack Tele is 4 conductor, so it is wired like a normal humbucker. You can split it like you can split any humbucker, just make sure you select the top coil.
