Today I was playing my Mahogany Hardtail Strat, which is armed with a Lil' 59, a Ducky and a Hotrail in the bridge. These were bought prior to the redesign.
As I'm playing, I think 'Where did my E string go?' The first time I heard of this, I thought, 'what kind of a bonehead get his string caught under the lip of his pups?' I may have even said it out loud.
Well know I now what kind of bonehead does this, because I found my high E string hooked under the lip of my Duckbuster; not sure how it got there.
So now I think I like the new Rails. Not that I've actually used one yet, but I plan on it. I'm considering another Strat with a pair of '59s and a Coolrail in the bridge.
