According to the HELP @ Youtube:

Is there a limit to how much I can upload?
Currently, the only limits are 10 minutes in length and 100MB per video. We don't have any limit for the number of videos you can upload, and don't foresee adding a ceiling anytime in the future. So get crankin' and upload as many videos as you'd like—it's more content for the YouTube community to enjoy!

If you become some bigger memeber, or whatever, you can upload whole shows. I read that somewhere there too. It is also supported by the fact that I have watched 25 minute shows there.
