How do a Push pull pot lugs correspond to DPDT mini toggle (On/On)

Adding a DPDT mini toggle to a Strat and using the picture below as the guide.

The DPDT Mini Toggle is this one from Radio Shack. Is there a top or bottom on the Mini Toggle or are they interchangeable? One side does have 1/2/3 on it form top to bottom.

Functionally, they are identical.

Terminals B and E are always in circuit. The switch bridges to either A and D or C and F.
