How do i get this effect?

i plugged the guitar into a fuzz and then straight to garageband... used an effect called automatic filter, which has frecuency, resonance, intensity, and speed


is there a pedal that can help me do this? (i would actually need two =p)


(its the lead guitar in case youre wondering)
