Are there programs you can get speacialy for drum programing?
I just use guitar pro and then export it into a midi file.
Do i need a better sound card?

midi drums aren't real drums, don't expect them to sound like real drums.

if you want more realistic programmed drum sounds get a program like Reason and find some really good real drum kit wav files and use those. EQ each individual sample and then slap some fat reverb on snare and cymbals. You can also humanise the drums so they go slightly off time once in awhile and not as rigid just like a real drummer.

wanna humanize your midi drum tracks? ... get 'em to date your girlfriend behind your back, show up late and stoned for practice, always be 'late' with his share of the rehearsal space rent, and 'forget' to show up at a showcase gig because his buddy got last minute tickets to game 1 of the stanley cup playoffs

i'm not kidding :D

:smack: Damn those drummers! Someone should invent an "AI" Drummer. Sort of like MIDI, but with enhanced sound quality. Then we can send their asses to the porch.

Fruity Loops !! Import the midi file, Copy & paste each drum sequences into
the fruity step sequencer. There you can add REAL ! drum samples. A Lil' bit
of a learning curve But once ya get it down it's EZ. you can bring bass &
keys into the program to.
