How do you remove the cooler from the V1 preamp tube?

Hey guys, how do I remove the cooler device of the v1 preamp tube on a JCM2000? Just pull it off? Screw?

If you're talking about the aluminum cover, just twist it. It's sprint loaded and a small turn will get to where it comes off.
