How many faces will I sonically tear off with a Custom-7/59-7 set?

These will be applied to an Ibanez Universe. Quick recap for those non-Ibanez freaks:

basswood body
maple neck
rosewood fretboard

I'll need to make a decesion quick as I have a guitar competition next Wednesday and I really want to destroy the opposition. :13:
