How much for a THD Hotplate?

I still don't have a tube amp yet, but some of the amps I'm looking at may be too loud for my house. If I decide to get an attenuator, I would like to get a Hotplate. How much do these run new? Is there an online site for ordering them? Also, if I were to buy one used from ebay, what would be a good price to ask for? Thanks!!
