How should I wire spin a split, and on / off (seven sound) two way switch, HSS Strat?

So I've got to get this wiring done with; two way switch (not coil tap) for on /off switch for the neck pickup so it can be combined with the bridge pickup.

The two way switch version is here;

Also need a spin a split in the middle tone knob position;

I've found a diagram for spin a split in a strat but the picture is no longer available and only can be viewed in google images as a blurry pic, I don't know if the link I provide will redirect to what I see;

I've got the spin a split working, volume and tone working, all with this last diagram. But I have a problem with the switch, the neck pickup stays on all the way to position 2 just before the bridge pickup. I haven't even got the two way switch for the neck pickup because I didn't have the right switch until now (spst on / off 2 way). Will keep trouble shooting until I get some help. It seems like the traditional wiring of the five way switch is not going to work because of the spin a split but I could be wrong.

Any help really appreciated.

Well, I don't know what the hell I did but I fixed it.
