How to mix piezo and magnetic pickups

I have a version 1 Parker Nitefly which was modded a long time ago.

It has both magnetic and piezo pickups.

A 9v battery compartment was added together with an active preamp which has treble and bass controls. So, it now has a volume control for the magnetic pups, a volume control for the piezo and the bass and treble controls which work with both the mag and peizos.

The pickup config is HSH (all kent armstrong pafs and cool rails).

I'd like to ditch the active treble and bass controls and have just a vol control for the piezo (active) and a passive vol control and tone control for the mags.

Any ideas how I can do it? Can a fishman powerchip be used without a powerbridge. Are there any cheaper options? Originally, without the battery, you couldn't mix the piezo and magnetic pickups with a mono lead into one amp.

I guess you could make a blend pot so that on one side there is only magnetic and the other only piezo and in between a mix of the two, you do need a special pot though... don't know where you can get one.
