If your comfortable with the way it is playing it should be OK. Normally when you change string gauges it is wize to do a complete setup. This includes a truss rod adjustment, as well as intonation. When you put a thicker or thinner string on the length of the string may need to be adjusted. This is done by moving the saddles. If you have not done this before you should do a search on guitar setups or check in the vault. There may be a lot of explicit details on HOW TO. good luck

Just check my post on Rainmaker's Intonation thread in the Vault. Every guitarist should know how to set action, intonation, and the truss rod. Knowing how to adjust the truss rod makes a world of difference in the feel of your neck, with just a miniscule turn. The goal is to minimize fret buzz. If you depress the low E string at the 1st fret and the 14th at the same time, there should be a glimmer of light between the bottom of the E string and the top of the 7th fret that is just barely enough room to slide a thin pick into. When setting up a guitar, I do that. Then, I start playing barre chords around the neck, with the allen wrench stuck in the truss rod. I make very slight tweaks till the fret buzz comes close to disappearing on the chords where the buzz is most present. Try it, and thank me later. :wink:

Basically, you want the neck almost straight with just a small amount of relief. A heavy-handed player will need more relief than someone with a light touch, and someone who uses light strings will need more relief than someone who uses heavier strings. As long as you use some common sense, you aren't going to destroy your guitar trying to adjust the truss rod. In most cases, the adjustment nut will strip before you can seriously overtighten the nut. Just don't tighten it past the point where the neck is perfectly straight and you'll be fine.
