How to split Neck Humbucker to Screw Coil?

So, I wired up a pickup with a superswitch using something similar to the one below (instead of getting having a bridge split position, it's bridge split+neck split)

Anyway, the problem is, for the neck humbucker, I would like the outer, screw coil split to instead of the inner, stud coil. I had actually assumed that's how they were wired by default. Anyway, I could just physically flip the humbucker around, but if I wanted to change the wiring instead, could I get the neck humbucker to split to the screw coil by using the diagram below without screwing up the phase of the combined positions (neck+bridge and neck split+bridge split)?

Nevermind. I just flipped the pickup physically cause I'm lazy. Turns out I like the humbucker sound more that way anyway (it's a PG neck). So, win-win!

Just use the second diagram you listed to get the wire conversions to use in your first diagram (superswitch), and you'll have what you want.

So, using your first diagram (superswitch), take the black and green wires from the neck pup and solder them to where the diagram shows the red and white wires. Then connect the red wire from the pup to where the diagram shows the black wire going. And the white and bare wires will then go to ground.
