How's this for a custom shop pickup idea?

Not a forum pickup, this one is for me and anyone else that sees fit to want it.
We have:
Vintage Rails for noiseless stratty sound
Cool Rails for warm humbucker sound
Hot Rails for hot humbucker sound
JB. jr, Lil Demon, and Lil 59 for strat versions of those guys.

Ever notice something missing?
THE CUSTOM SERIES

A CUSTOM RAILS PICKUP.
Not like customized but using the Duncan Custom family as a reference point.

I got the idea when looking through this
http://www.seymourduncan.com/blog/t...t-strat-single-coils-and-humbuckers-at-peace/

I love my notch positions on my strat. I tiried a few noiseless ones and they compromised my 4 position (Lay Down Sally, Sultans of Swing, Free Ride, etc.)

That page suggested humbuckers for preserving the quack/chime for that position. I'd rather not cut the thing up to squeeze a full sized bucker in there, so how about headed to the custom shop with this?

Decent hotter single coil tone when split, sounds in the ballpark of a Duncan Custom in tone and output (maybe a bit more Full Shred like due to the geometry [tighter more subdued lows, touch less output]) plays nice with the typical true single coil in a strat for those notch positions, rails mean no volume drop when bending, closer to the strings with less pull for more harmonics/sustain, could act as a great onboard boost after dialing a rhythm tone in the other positions, AND it fills a gap in the output range between the Lil Demon and the JB jr.

They can make a bridge and neck version like they did with the Hot and Cool rails too. It might even work great in parallel, and could even mix really well with the other rails maybe as a set, like Custom neck, Cool middle and Hot bridge, or it could be inbetween 2 Hot Rails. It would be really versatile on it's own or when paired with other pickups, maube even used in the neck position for some HS models.

Should I pull the trigger on this? Any other things I should think over and consider before dropping custom shop money on this? It seems totally within the custom shop's abilities and I'm wondering if people have thought of something like this before.

We have a Custom Stack but that's meant to emulate the SSL-5, how about one for the Custom humbucker or something around there?
