HSH Autosplit Wiring Help Please

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone here has this wiring schematic available.

HSH
Fender 5 way switch
Position...
1 - Bridge both coils
2 - Inner (north?) coil of bridge with middle
3 - Middle
4 - Middle with inner (south?) coil of neck
5 - Neck
