HSS Super Switch Wiring Needed

I have done a bit of wiring in my past, and always look for an opportunity to learn more. I want to wire a Super Switch to an HSS, 1 vol, 2 tones, 1 super switch

Master Vol. 250k
Tone for 2 SCs 250k .047 cap
Tone for 1 HB 500k .022 cap

Pickups:
Classic Strat Stack Plus (N)
Five-Two (M, rw/rp)
Custom 5 (B)

I'd like to do this as a pretty silent guitar, so the wiring will be a little different. What I'd like to get:
1. Neck (full)
2. Neck (split) with middle, humcancelling
3. Neck (split) with Bridge (split), humcancelling
4. Middle with Bridge (split), humcancelling
5. Bridge

If any of you great wiring gurus could do a diagram, I'd love to feature it in a blog, and of course you will get heaps of praise and credit in the blog too!

Holy smokes.. I guess I'd better stop asking this same question in the thread I made a few days ago! lmfao...
5 years and still nothin eh? You ever get it figured out?

OMG! Nice, man. At least someone has a victory lol...
I still can't get a single decent answer from 3 different forums after a week. I'm losing my mind. I'm at the point where I've almost got the switch figured out, but I have no idea why the one humbucker in my HSS was wired the way it was from the factory... Every time I figure somethin out I raise 3 more problems >_<

Thanks for answerin' at least! lol

Cheers

OH hey,
If that guitar was a HSS, why do you refer to "splits" in the bridge AND neck positions?

Re: HSS Super Switch Wiring Needed

The neck pickup is Stacked, so when it is split, I use the top coil.
