Hello. If you're using the standard Fender Strat 5 way switch with only 8 lugs - 4 on a side - this won't be possible. You can use one side (pole) of the switch for the hot connections from each pickup. The other side you can either use to connect tone controls by position like a vintage Strat, or auto split the humbucker in position two. But not both at the same time. If there isn't some kind internally wired Megaswtich that does what you want out of the box you'd need the 4 pole 5 way Super Switch with 24 lugs. Is not that complicated to wire this scheme but needs a more expensive switch. With all this stuff I'm always happy to be proven wrong and learn something new.
Other alternatives depending on how you want to switch between sounds...
If you want a to be able to roll down the neck or middle tone then switch to bridge with no rolloff, you could wire the 5 way for no bridge tone control and use a push-pull to split the humbucker.
If you don't care about that back and forth between dark and bright tones, then you could do the opposite. Wire the switch for auto-split of the bridge and use a push-pull to take the tone control out of the circuit.
Last option is using a No Load type tone control where on 10 its bypassed entirely - not loading the pickups at all.
