Hughes and Kettner purchased

I never had an H&K amp, but I used to have a pedal called the "Replex". It was a tube-driven pedal with delay and reverb. The delay sounded great, and the tube circuit made my guitar tone sound huge. It was really bulky and needed it's own AC adapter so I eventually got rid of it. But it was a great bit of kit.

i still have a tube rotosphere, the leslie simulator, its fantastic. it has the same large footprint and wallwart power supply, but if its good enough for joe bonamassa, its good enough for me :D

I've wanted to try the Grandmeister 40 for a while. I've read it's one of the only EL84 amps that delivers T3h HeaVyz in a full band context.

The little Tubemeister was cool for what it was. Don't know if they still make them.

I have one of the Tubemeister 18's, havent played it in a while. Matter of fact, its still packed away from when we moved back in Feb. For an 18 watt amp, its loud. I have an easier time controlling the volume on my Marshall 50 watter than I do on the lil H&K

I wonder what this will do for service info. I have the Edition Blue 60R SS combo, with a Celestion 12" speaker. I also have the 20th Anniversary Edition Tube 20, also with a Celestion 12" speaker. Both are sweet in their own way.

I added a jack to the Edition Blue, to use it's speaker with my Bogner Alchemist. That's my daily driver. (Pun intended.)

I traded my Tubemeister 5 Head to my friend for a guitar.

I really like to have a Tubemeister 40. I'm waiting to see if/how HB will update it (particularly if they put the Red Box from the Black Spirit).

I would just love an updated Redbox. I bet with newer technology, it would be very useful.

That reminds me that I have to dig out my Red Box to give it a serious spin. Never did that.

The one on my Tubemeister 20 head works well
I have to look ti see what version it is and what the latest versions are

I was unaware this was a thing

But I wont let FOMO dissuade me

I had one years ago and I got a pretty good sound out of my Mesa to the computer. It worked well live, too. These days, many amps have that sort of thing built in, so there is less of a need for me.

I just walked through GC in pcola
and they had a slightly different version of the Tubemeister 20 head i got
And theRe was no marking on the Redbox as to what version it was
