Hum Single Single Hohner G3T

The pups suck on the Hohner but the guitar is nice.
I was lookin' at the Duncans and I picked these.
Since I can't ask Seymour I will ask you.
I would like to put a Phat cat p-90 bridge pup in the bridge position.
The other 2 pups would be Five-Two's.
Would this set be pretty ballanced ?
Can they be hum cancelling in a couple of positions ?

This sounds like a balanced set to me, and without any doubt you can make some hum-cancelling positions with them.

I agree with JemGhost. The only issue I would see is that there's not much body there, so those singles might sound a bit thin and brittle.

I had thought about quarter pounders in there but I didn't know if they would be louder than the P-90 pup.

And I agree with Benjy! ;-)
Now that he mentioned, the 5-2's might be a little too thin sounding, but that is off course up to your personal taste, the Quarterpounder would be a better fit indeed on that aspect.
If you play around with pickup height, the Quarterpound should not overpower your other pickups, so yeah they could be a good choice taking the thinner sounding guitar in calculation.

Well I think that the Phat Cat is the only P-90 that will slide right in with no mods so that is my starting point.
I like the old school snarl that a soapbar makes.
The neck is maple, through body construction with maple wings and a rosewood board.
Would the Cool Rails be a better match to the P-90 ?
