Humbucker in series an parallel on 5 way super switch?

I’m wiring up a couple prails and a single and plan to use a super switch in conjunction with a fender s1 pot/switch. I haven’t been able to figure out how to connect a hum in both series and parallel on the 5 way switch. I’m sure I’m being thick and it’s quite simple. Help, please!

By the way, I’d be willing to pay an expert to diagram the specific wiring I want.

Do you want the S-1 switch to do the ser/par, or do you want ser/par to be two different positions on the 5-way?

I would like the 5-way to do the ser/par.

My main work guitar is an EBMM Game Changer. Ideally I would copy it’s setup without the digitally controlled switching system. I bought a Freeway super switch, but when I got it I realized it can only do what it is designed for and is not variable (what it does is cool, though). I don’t need to have all 10 of the combinations I use on the GC, but there are at least 5 I do want on the switch. I am also using a DPDT switch in the upper bout that will function more or less the way I have the Game Changer set up: pos 1 = Neck P coil; pos 2 (center) = whatever is selected on 5-way; pos 3 = Bridge series. Most of the time, I’m either on the neck P or the bridge hum, so the 5-way would hold my specialized settings.

I don’t really know that I will need the S-1, but I got one in case.

The GC has shown me how many different sounds one can actually get with an HSH, especially with prails, and once you’ve been red-pilled (or is it blue-pilled?) you can’t go back!

Okay . . . then having series and parallel on the 5-way will use two switch positions. That will leave three for something else.

Yes, that’s my plan. What I don’t get is exactly how to patch that. I understand the idea that a 5-way has 4 points for each position, but how do I use them?
