Humbucker magnet length?

I'm still gathering all the details I can on humbucker magnet swapping. How critical is magnet length? I see many of the mags available are 2.444" long instead of 2.5" (only .056" difference).
How about with Trembuckers? Do they need a longer magnet?

The difference between the two lengths will ahve very minimal affect on your tone. I hear that the shorter mag will make your sound a little less focused, but I stress the word little.

I haven't ever seen magnets longer than 2.50" so I imagine that's what they use in trembuckers too.
