My good bro Andrizzle stoked my pedal building fire that had all but gone out when he built a cool little fat boost. He started looking into sourcing his own parts instead of buying kits and the results have been fantastic so far.
It amazes me how much you can learn just by sourcing parts and digging online for information. I will never be a pedal builder, but it sure is a fun hobby to build cool pedals for yourself and who knows, maybe someday one will get in the hands of a fellow bro? :beerchug:
I have built at least 2 or 3 dozen pedals from kits and that is really fun, but I am telling you when you do a lot of leg work and searching and then plug in a project that you have built without any kit or deep instructions....well that is the deal!
Stay tuned over the next week or two and hopefully I won't screw up my idea too badly.
