Properly set up, that should play nicely. With American pickups and control electronics, it should sound professional. The only remaining issues are price and that extraneous lump on the headstock.
No need to tinker with the electronics, it is most likely a ST-80 or more.
Setup is easy and such.
Hope the neck is straight and that the guitar is lightweight.
Most of the Tokais I have had required very little attention as it was.
But that headstock...I will so much round that one down...

The price is pretty fair.
Only problem is that he lives at the other end of this small country, but it is him who wants to trade...so

Love it but do not really use it.
I play my Seagull way more than any of my other guitars as it is.
And I miss having a good old fashioned strat, and it is a higherend Tokai and I love the colour plus the matching headstock

But I love Ibanez from the late 80's and early 90's just as much so....
