I'm SOOOO picky about my tone. If an amp or a pickup or a CABLE or a speaker doesn't FEEL right to me...

OFF WITH ITS HEAD.

I know the Splawns are well made and that a lot of people love them to death...so one of THEM should probably own the one sitting in my room upstairs.

I still think it's sad that modified gear doesn't sell as well as used gear. I did everything I could think of, including linking to soundclips, to ease my potential buyers' minds, but some things never seem to change. I'm not too broken up about it, I'll still have enough for my next amp of choice. I'll just tell myself everyone's waiting to the last second on this one.

Selling sucks right now on anything worth over $500. It's not that the gear is modded, it's that people just aren't throwing out much money unless it's a steal. Give it a month or so when people are getting thier taxes back and things will most likely pick up a bit.

I'd still trade you 3 beaver pelts, 7 bushels of corn and a couple of skull beads for the Splawn..............
