I have to share - blues clips from a friend

Curly

Moe's Bluesman
I just got a couple CD's of live music from my friend, Pete Quigley down in Florida. These are live cuts from his band, "Shakers". The tune is a Tinsley Ellis song, "I'll Be Loving You".

Pete's the one who turned me on to Seymour's pickups many years ago, so I'll just say, "thanks, Pete!!" :)

most likely, that's a '54 strat through his Diaz amp.

much peace

Pete's also a heck of a slide player, so I'll try to add another clip. :)

Wow that is an excellent combo of speed and feel, and tone. Very cool blues there Curly.

hey, Stevo!

after listening some more, I'd have to say that's probably his Les Paul on both cuts

Actually it's the beaches and all the humidity that breeds good players here in Florida...When it's too hot,we stay inside and play our guitars(And that's very often)! :burnout:
