I miss my Mesa Heartbreaker

I used to have one of these, and I loved it a lot, but it was never quite Marshall enough. It had the huge Mesa mids, and the tone control sweep didnt give a ton on control.

I have thought of buying it back and running it with a G Major. The cleans are more Fender than a Shiva, and the gain is big, but not heavy enough at times. I would be curious to hear it EQ'd and run with 6L6's again.

These things go cheap used - as low as $650 and they are very roadworthy.

I'd love to have one too...
I'm not really into high gain anymore, and mostly play Strat (and would love a good semihollow) and I think that amp would suit me perfectly.
