Searching the whole fkn net for some pot covers (just tops), and nowhere is there an ad that says how many splines any have.

Is this a USA v WORLD thing, or what?

What are pot covers??? Another word for knobs?
Yes, I learned tonight why no one knew what the hell I was talking about. I got it. Knobs. I was afraid to say tuner, but I don't know where I got pot covers. Probably some damn Brit!!:werd::thanks:

Some places will tell you coarse or fine knurl. Or they'll say metric or imperial, or for Alpha or CTS pots. You just have to figure out what you have (asian guitars will have metric/alpha/coarse)

You're in luck. Almost every knob you see on the net are metric...will fit Alpha pots. Unless they specifically say they fit CTS/American pots, they will work for you.

Aah, thank you. All the info anybody gives is "will not work on guitars built in USA". I see. So the number of splines is USA v World also?

And a couple say will work on 6mm and under. I don't believe that one.
