I Need Help Identifying A Seymour Duncan Pickup

This pickup was installed in the middle position of a G&L, Interceptor that I just received. I'm going to restore it back to original. I'm not familiar with Duncan active pickups and there isn't a model number on it. Here are some pictures of it:

First generation (18v) Live Wire series. Could be one of two variants. The LW Metal is the higher output of the two.

Thank you, for your help. It was wired for 18 volts.
