I NEED HELP, PROBLEM GOING ACTIVE TO PASSIVE (GROUNDING)

hi everyone, i recently buy a set of Seymour Dunca Black Winters, my guitar was active, so somebody just install my new pickups i change my old EMGS to the SEYMOURS.... but when i got my guitar and i start playing with distortion in my home studio it just was making too much noise, it only happends using some VST AMP, in clean channel is good (i think)... the only way to get rid of that noise is touching the pots or the guitar jack, nothing else, touching the strings doesnt make anything..... what i just notice a moment ago is that theres no grouding wire going to the bridge (is a string through body guitar)... it is neccesary to ground the bridge? theres any other alternative than grouding the bridge?

Yes, you need to ground the bridge, and make sure everything else is grounded as well.

Grounding the bridge also grounds the strings, stopping noise when you are playing. In a passive guitar, it is essential.
