I need some help from a wiring pro...Artie Too...etc.

I need to rewire my Strat with a superswitch...here goes

1st position neck
2nd position neck and middle
3rd position neck and bridge
4th position middle and bridge
5th position bridge

I want the 1st tone control for the neck and the 2nd one for the bridge...no tone on the middle pickup.

I had my guitar wired similar but have lost the schematic....:(

Any help would be very much appreciated.

The one change that I would make to the diagram posted above is to arrange the jumper and tone control connections like the red/purple (bridge PU) combination rather than the blue/orange (neck PU) combination.

In the event that you ever choose to change pickups again, this would cause the least possible disruption to the switch wiring.

I have added to the mess....added a push pull pot to split the bridge pickup....a 59/Custom hybrid.
I run a wire from the bridge position lug to the middle of the dpdt push pull....stumped as to how to wire the hybrid. Would like full with thw switch
down....split in the up position.
