I need some help with this neck I built

annnnnnd I'm back! New frets are way way better than before. Well seated with the fret press caul and even all the way across. CA glue'd them in. Just finished my setup and it's playing great up & down. Thanks all for the help.

Making a neck is serious business but not too terrible. Just lots of little steps you can't get too wrong. On to the next one!

That's awesome; being able to build your own necks is when you start to really control how your instruments play and sound, and a huge step in luthiery.

Congrats on getting that neck up and running. And special congrats on the knowledge and experience you gained in the process. That could be invaluable in the future.

Thanks all. Appreciate the kind words. This stuff gets so frustrating sometimes when you are close to the finished product and almost ready to get down to playing and then you have to take a step backwards.

Like most projects, there is a learning curve but also........the right tools for the job help so so so much. You can't cheap out on most of these things.

Psyched to get going on my next neck.
