I recorded a country blues tune yesterday.

I'm not at all a country player. I dug up old Guitar Player mags to quickly refresh my memory on a few of these licks.
The amp is my Super Sonic into the Mesa 2-12 cab with Vintage 30's, and the delay is a Way Huge Aqua Puss. I compressed the guitar with my Visual Sound Route 66.

Love the song great picking "I Love that style of country blues" ...but the drum track is not consistent..take those drum fills out . The Boom chucka Boom chucka should go all the way through the song
...IMO

Wow. I made it hard than it needed to be. It woulda been easier to have the same beat go all the way through rather than drop those fills in. I can hear the drums just doing the groove all the way through. You're right.
I don't actually listen to this kind of stuff enough.

Sounds great, only notice the boom chucka chucka, during the guitar solo section.
