I think I'm going custom shop, help a brotha out

I'm thinking it's about time after 8 years of duncan-ness to get a custom shop. I'm leaning towards the S-Deco. It's going in my Caparison Horus (maple neck) 27 frets and a floyd. The body is mahogany. Any feedback on what you guys think? I'm also going alnico 5 too, unless you guys can talk me out of that.

No arguments from me, bro. I love my alnico V S Deco in everything I throw it in: Hamer, LP, Godin SD, Carvin DC127, Fender HM strat. It sounds clear, articulate, and punchy in everything.

haha yeah, every time I read it's description its like everything good about a pickup.

I have been thinking about the S Deco 5 bridge for a while but have not heard much about it. One member said it is the answer to late 70s hard rock.

I had a Deco 2 neck version for a while. That was very glassy and articulate.
