Don't think it will work with a standard 5-way. But with a Super Switch, you could.

Since you want the bridge PU always on, its hot output wire can stay permantly connected to the volume pot. The two other pickups can be connected to the switch (whose second side can stay free: it hasn't to be used in this case). See the attached file...
