I just scored a AD60VTH with the footswith included off ebay. I got it for $290+shipping. That sound like a good price? It has a couple dings on the front but I'm not worried about it, I'll touch them up. Only thing that sucks is I'm not even going to be able to hear this thing until I save up enough money for a cab. I'm going to go with a 2x12 cab probably an avatar unless I find a good deal on a different one. I can't do a 4x12 right now, I don't have anything I could haul it around in. What speakers should I do in the cab?

Go with vintage 30's or Red Fang speakers. Enclosed cab is best.

Mine=VC-12

mine just has some more bells and whistles...nothing you would really need IMO...

Yeah, the 60 is so much better than any of the lower wattage ones. That's probably going to be one of my next amps in a few years (unless they come up with something amazing and in my pricerange :) )

I use mine with a Mesa 2x12 loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s. The tone is awesome.

I use either my Marshall AV 4X12 w/V30s or the matching Vox AD 2x12 that I switched over to V30s....Basically this amp(to me) sounds best through V30s.

LOFi Brian - The pedal alone that you got costs $279 new. They go for $200 shipped on ebay all day long. You made the steal of the year.

Matt99Camero - You didn't exactly hurt yourself in your purchase either. That is one serious amp and pedal setup for a stupidly low price. I can't believe how lucky you both are for that kind of deal.

Wow! I was watching both of those auctions but then something came up and I couldn't bid on them. Glad to see they went to some forum bros! Best of luck with them. :)
