I've never played one, but I really like the look of them! A friend of mine had a plexiglass guitar (don't know if it was a Dillon) years ago. It actually sounded pretty good. If I recall correctly it had great low mids and mids with a smooth top end. But that was 1978 so my memory may be a little fuzzy.
