Ibanez bass repair

Hello everybody, i've repaired my bass yesterday i dropped it on the floor and there were some big gaps in the control rout. I've filled them with a car body filler (the bass is made from a material called luthite or something). It's sprayed and ready to go i only need to wire the pickups, the bass had an active preamp, 2 volumes and a tone control. Because one hole isn't usable anymore i needed a new schematic. The active preamp broke when it dropped. So i need a new wiring diagram. I've searched for a wiring with 2 single coils, 2 volumes and a series/parallel/bypass switch or something. So when one volume is on i can put the switch to bypass. Is this possible ? I'm a dummy in electronics (and Belgian).
For the original wiring : http://www.ibanez.com/support/wiringdiagrams just select bass, 2001, EDB500

Thanks everybody !

Without the bass booster PCB, what you are left with amounts to the circuit for a regular Jazz Bass.

If the Ibanez pickups have closed or moulded covers, it is possible that the screening inside each pickup will be connected via the ground conductor. Connecting the two pickups together in series will include the screening of the second pickup. This, in turn, may create some noise issues.
