Ibanez Project Build Question

Greetings, fellow forum friends.

I acquired a solid 90's Ibanez EX350 body and neck for $25 a while back, and have been slowly adding parts as I go. So far, I've added a licensed Floyd, R2 nut, string tree, and tuners to it, and the next item I'm looking at getting is the pickguard. I've looked around on Google for replacement pickguards, but the only ones that come up are some generic ones on eBay that are located overseas. However, there's a smoked-out mirrored pickguard I've fallen in love with that's supposedly for the RG350 series Ibanez. My question is this: will the RG350 pickguard fit onto the EX350 I have? I read on the Ibanez Wiki that the EX350 was basically a budget RG-bodied guitar, but I'm not sure if the pickguards will be direct replacements for each other. If it isn't a fit, where could I go to acquire a radical pickguard? I'm really trying to customize this build with a uniqueness that will sport a "one-of-a-kind" look, and I love the idea of a mirrored/smoke-out mirrored pickguard mixed with the burgundy red of the body.

Thank you in advance for any replies. :)

Re: Ibanez Project Build Question

The RG350 and your EX350's pickguards will not interchange because they are shaped different, specifically in the lower horn area.

You can contact any of these guys to see if they will make you a mirror pickguard by sending yours in for them to copy.

Warmoth does not offer mirror pickguards, however I did contact them concerning this a while ago when looking into a Jake E. Lee "Charvel Holdsworth" clone (Red with a 1humbucker Chrome Mirror guard and Gold Hardware).
The guy I spoke to said that if I sourced the material and sent it in they would make me one from their Strat template. Id imagine that if you contacted them, youd get the same reply.

We did not get into specific prices, however dont be surprised if it runs upwards of $45-50 possibly even more since they would have to make a template from your pickguard as opposed to using an existing template that mine would require.
