Ibanez S470 out of phase problems

I just switched a seymour duncan Jazz 2 pickup and a trembucker custum into my ibanez today and they're both out of phase with the middle pickup. Seymour duncan's faq says that the problem would be very hard to solve if i was going to modify the single coil but the humbuckers would be a relatively simple operation. I figured if i flipped the magnets around in both the humbuckers then they would be in phase with the middle, stock pickup on the ibanez. Am i right? what SHOULD i do?

taking it in to get it done is possible but i'm stretched very thin as far as money goes. Then again, I'm not exactly a pro on guitar tech. I need to not screw it up because that would probably be more expensive to do.

What i'm asking for is options besides getting it done proffessionaly.

Reversing the green and black wires on both duncans should put them both in phase with the middle pup if I remember right. Not sure if flipping mags will have the same effect, doubt it, but not sure.

Reversing the wires is real easy if you've been working on guitars for a while. If not, prob better to have a tech do it.

I'm thinking i should just take it in then because the ibanez wiring is terribly complex as far as guitars go for me. Now just to find an ibanez authorized repair center in my area... and money.
